Baechler, Bruce

Peacefully on Monday, April 4, 2016 at VON Sakura House, Woodstock  Bruce Baechler of R. R. # 1, Shakespeare.  He was born in South East Hope Township 63 years ago a beloved son of the late Wilmer and Freida (Ropp) Baechler.   Bruce enjoyed crossword puzzles, and spending time with his grandchildren and spending time at the cottage.

Loving husband of Linda  (nee Urbanich) Baechler whom he married  October 27, 1979.            Special father of  Michelle and Mike Lukachko of Stratford, Tiffany Baechler and fiancé Dennis Kuepfer of R. R. # 1, Newton, Amanda & Kevin Dreher of Nithburg.  Special papa of Madison, Marlee, Mikayla, Marly, Hunter and Jackson.  Dear brother of Gloria Baechler of Stratford, Arlene Baechler  and Karen Baechler both of Tavistock and Murray & Lynn Baechler of Mitchell. He was predeceased by his father & mother-in-law Karl & Amelia Urbanich

Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Thursday from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.  At noon Friday April 8, transfer will be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sebastopol for the service at 2.00 p.m. with Rev Richard Brown officiating.  Burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to VON Sakura House, Woodstock or the Grand  River Hospital Regional Cancer Centre.
