Friends of the SPL comes to an end today

Today marks the final chapter for the Friends of the Stratford Public Library.

The non-profit organization is dissolving.

It’s cited a lack of volunteers as the reason for the decision. 

Over the Friends’ nearly 20 year run they raised tens of thousands of dollars for literacy programs and services.
