Connolly, Sandra

Sandra Connolly, 48, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Sunday, December 18, 2016.

Beloved daughter of Gladys Connolly and the late Ken Connolly. Dear sister of Barb Ortelli and Mark, twin sister Susan Dixon and Jim, Linda Connolly and Lisa Connolly. Loving “no rules” aunt of Hannah. Also survived by her aunts and cousins.

Sandra was an occupational therapist at Parkwood Hospital, London and more recently joined the Huron-Perth Health Care Alliance Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team.

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Tom Dunbar officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Spring interment in Woodland Cemetery. Memorial donations to Seaforth Community Hospital Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at www.LockhartFuneralHome.com.
