Passed away surrounded by the love of family on Wednesday December 21st, 2016 at Woodingford Lodge Woodstock, in his 102nd year. Beloved husband of Hilda Barbara Walters (nee Metz) for over 71 years. Loving father of Keith (Millie) Walters, Lorene (Bill) Krynen, Gary (Tina Mowry) Walters and father in-law of Ron Henderson. Loved Poppo of Sandra (Wayne) Kirwin and Marcia (Chris) Shelton; Mike (Becci) Henderson & Karen Henderson; Tara (Mike) Grobbink, Tanya (Tyler King) Krynen and Tim (Christine) Krynen; Carrie (John Klassen) Walters and Zoey Walters. Cherished great Poppo of Sam, Ben and Hannah Kirwin; Colin, Chloe and Caitlyn Shelton; Colton and Ethan Henderson; Mia Grobbink and Everett Krynen; Jack and Grace Walters. Carl was the last surviving member of his own family. Predeceased by his daughter Donna Henderson (2004) and grandsons Jeffery Walters (1980) and Josh Walters (2000). Friends may call at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519)539-0004 on Tuesday December 27th 2016 from 2:30 – 4:30 and 7- 9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday December 28th 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev.
