The Great Canadian Ride and Stride is coming to Thamesford this weekend.
The Lion’s Club says the fundraiser has been a part of community tradition for the past 49 years.
Participants will start at St. John’s Anglican Church on Sunday at 10:00am.
People can walk, rollerblade, run or cycle.
The event runs from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and all proceeds benefit the Canadian Cancer Society.
