An upcoming closure could have drivers in Perth South taking another route.
Perth Oxford Road will be closed between Perth Road 113 and Perth Road 114 at Trout Creek.
Director of Public Works Ken Bettles says the closure will allow for bridge repairs.
The closure starts on Thursday and is expected to last about six weeks.
