Driver charged twice in one morning at two different stops

An Oxford man was charged twice on Monday morning in two separate traffic stops.

The 25-year-old was stopped at around 10:30AM and charged for driving without a license.

He was then stopped again an hour later and charged again.

He now faces two charges of driving while suspended and speeding.
