Mary Ann Ruby

Mary Ann Ruby passed away peacefully on Sunday October 8, 2017 at her residence Nithview Community, New Hamburg.  Mary Ann was born in East Zorra Township 104 years ago a daughter of David R. Bender and the former Barbara Wagler.

Beloved wife of the late Isaac Ruby who she married December 1, 1966 and who predeceased her April 23, 1967.  Dear mother of Raymond & wife Norma of Tavistock.  Survived by her grandchildren Dale & Marianne Ruby, Mary Lou Murray, Karen & David Jutzi, Grace & Paul Ruby, Joan & Chris Schooley and 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.  Mary Ann is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her brothers Lorne & Katie Bender, William & Mable Bender and sisters Fannie & David Lichti and Alma Bender.

Relatives and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Burial service will take place at East Zorra Mennonite Church Cemetery 16th line on Wednesday October 11, 2017 at 1:00pm. Funeral Service will follow in East Zorra Mennonite Church at 2:00pm. Pastor Ray Martin will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the M.C.C. or the Nithview Community (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.  Personal condolences can be sent at www.markjutzifuneralhomes.ca
