Environment Canada has issued a snow squall watch for Perth, Huron, Bruce and Grey counties.
The forecast is calling for less snow in the Stratford and St. Marys area through the overnight with Goderich and Wingham areas expected to see more.
Winds are expected to be gusting up to 60 kilometres per hour through the overnight, sparking the snow squall watch.
The national forecaster says drivers should be ready for poor visibility and plan their commutes accordingly this evening and tonight.
