The Middlesex County OPP is investigating the theft of a pick-up in the Village of Thorndale.
Police say it happened on Sunday when the victim left their vehicle running after they were scraping ice off the windshield.
While the victim was inside the truck was stolen from the property.
Recently, police in Stratford had to deal with two similar cases of theft and both police forces are reminding you not to leave your vehicle running unattended, even if it’s in your driveway.
The OPP says the investigation is still ongoing.
