OPP Forced to Deploy Spike Strip to Stop Dangerous Driver in Clinton

It took a spike belt to stop a dangerous driver in Clinton this weekend.

Police noticed a car was driving more than double the speed limit through Perth County and didn’t stop for officers who tried to pull it over.
