Stratford News Change to accessible parking in downtown Stratford SHARE ON: Casey Kenny, staff Friday, Apr. 13th, 2018 Change to accessible parking in downtown Stratford. Photo supplied by www.safetysign.com. If you have a valid accessible parking permit you no longer have to pay to park in downtown Stratford. The city says its permit policy has been amended so that those with a valid permit displayed on their dashboard wont be on the hook to throw change into the parking meter. They say all parking time limits remain in effect and you still wont be able to park in No Parking areas. On-street meters will still be located at each accessible parking space but those with valid permits wont have to worry about them.
