Jurors in the Boris Panovski case were given last Friday off and the trial will pick back up Tuesday. The 73-year-old Scarborough man is charged in the shooting death of Don Frigo at the Hullet Conservation Area, near Clinton, back in September 2014. Panovski is also charged with attempted murder in the shooting of Frigo’s wife. Last week, jurors heard from several police officers who were called to the scene to investigate the incident.
