Two Stratford residents have been named to the Order of Canada.
Actor Seana McKenna, best known for her roles in the Stratford Festival along with business person and one of the founding members of the Stratford Community Foundation, Timothy MacDonald, were among the 105 people honoured by Governor General Julie Payette.
The Order of Canada is one of this country’s highest civilian honours and recognizes outstanding achievement, dedication to community and service to the nation.
