An appeal has been launched against the conviction of Boris Panovski.
A clerk at the Superior Court of Justice in Goderich confirms to the My Stratford Now Newsroom that the appeal was received Tuesday in their office from defence lawyer Christopher Hicks.
In early July, Panovski was convicted of first degree murder in the shooting death of Don Frigo in the Hullet Conservation Area in 2014.
No court dates for the appeal have been announced.
