A 45-year-old Mississauga man has been charged with racing in West Perth.
Police say the driver was located on Perth Line 20 shortly after 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
They say his vehicle was seen travelling over 50 km above the posted speed limit and was stopped by police.
The driver was charged with Race a motor vehicle excessive speed with his vehicle impounded and his driver’s license suspended.
He’s scheduled to appear in court at a future date.
