We now know the name of the man killed in a two-vehicle collision east of Clinton.
Police say first responders were called to the scene on Highway 8, east of Front Road, Tuesday afternoon around 2:15.
Investigators have determined that a small passenger car was traveling westbound on Huron Road when, for unknown reasons, it crossed over the centre line and collided head-on with an eastbound minivan.
The driver and lone occupant of the car, 22-year-old Jonathan Wain from Central Huron, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both people in the minivan had to be extricated from the heavily damaged vehicle and they have been identified as a 67-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man, both from Clinton.
They remain in hospital in good condition.
