A 19-year-old Listowel man has been charged in connection to a fatal crash in Wellesley in March.
Waterloo Regional Police say the man has been charged with careless driving after a crash that left a 24-year-old Wallenstein man dead.
The crash happened March 13th when the victim was loading equipment into a trailer in a driveway when he was hit by a car.
The car then continued driving down the road and hit a hydro pole.
A court date has been scheduled for September 10th for the accused.
