The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is being recognized.
The Trillium Gift of Life Network, Ontario’s organ, and tissue donation and transplantation agency, is presenting an award to the alliance at a ceremony at the Stratford General Hospital today (Monday).
The ceremony takes place beginning at 1:30 p.m. and the award is to recognize the commitment of the alliance to those on the wait list for organ transplants.
Donor recipients and donor families will also be speaking during the ceremony.
