The City of Stratford Social Services Department, Housing Division, has openings for four building monitors. Officials say the position reports directly to the Manager of Housing, and is responsible for providing general access to apartment buildings for contractors and emergency personnel. They are also responsible for reporting maintenance concerns to housing staff.
