Police: Two teens face charges after robbery at gunpoint in Stratford

Stratford Police say two teens face charges after a robbery at gunpoint.
They say it happened Friday night near the Avon River when a 17-year-old male from Toronto and a 15-year-old male from Stratford confronted two victims.
Police say the victims weren’t known to the suspects and one of the teens pulled a black handgun from his front waistband and pressed it against the chest of one of the victims.
The accused men allegedly demanded the victims empty their pockets and they then spit on them.
The two people handed over a cell phone and and wallet to the suspects who then fled the scene.
Police were called and the teens were were soon found and arrested.
Both were charged with multiple offences and held in custody.
