The Huron County OPP has laid charges in a historical sexual assault case.
The accused is a retired elementary school teacher.
The charges date back to the early 1980’s when the accused taught at the former J.A.D. McCurdy Public School in Centralia.
A former female student is the victim in the case.
61-year-old William Andrew Fraser faces three counts of Indecent Assault.
