Stratford Police taking zero-tolerance approach to school bus violations

Stratford Police are cracking down on drivers who aren’t following the rules around school buses.
They say that after just two weeks of school, they have already received complaints about vehicles not stopping for buses.
Police say they were contacted by the management of the First Student Canada bus company who reported that drivers throughout the Stratford area are driving though buses stop signs on a daily basis.
Two drivers in Stratford were charged with failing to stop for a school bus last week.
Stratford Police say they are taking a zero tolerance policy for any school bus violations and they are asking anyone who witnesses one to call them right away.
