Hislop, Ross Cyril

Ross Cyril Hislop, age 79, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Stratford, son of the late George & Edna (Richardson) Hislop. Survived by his loving wife Brenda (Wybrow) Hislop of 59 years, and proud father to Steven Hislop, Kevin Hislop, and Susan (Joe) Hishon. Grandfather of Kara Hishon (Bill Bradley) and Joey (Dori) Hishon and great-grandfather of Bryce Bradley. Ross is survived by 13 siblings and their families and he will be remembered by the Wybrow family and his many nieces and nephews. Beside his parents, Ross was predeceased by brothers George and Bob. Brenda and her family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Erin Glass, OneCare and all the doctors and nurses at Stratford General Hospital for the wonderful care given to Ross. It is very much appreciated. In keeping with Ross’s wishes, cremation will take place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Stratford Perth Community Foundation in support of the George and Edna Hislop Family Fund, Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth or to the charity of your choice through the W.G.
