Joyce Irene Nethercott (King), passed away at Wildwood Care Centre on October 9, 2019 at the age of 93. Predeceased by her husband Lloyd John Nethercott. Mother of Barry (Donna), Faye Upshall (Doug, deceased), Nancy Eaton (Harry, deceased), Joe (Jackie), Linda Thomas (Roger), Eric (Wendy), Monica Hoskin (Dave), and Carol Meyers (Chris). Grandmother of 21 and numerous great, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Ina Pickel, Marjorie Pelton and Doris Lamond. Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S. St. Marys (519-284-2820) on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 7 – 9 p.m. and again on Friday, Oct. 11, from 1 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 2 p.m. with Rev. Catherine Calkin officiating. Interment in Kirkton Union Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or Canadian Diabetes Association. Stops along his radio adventure include Ottawa, Calgary, Vancouver, North Bay, Stratford and now Kemptville. Casey is also a veteran play-by-play announcer and is the Voice of the Kemptville 73's Hockey Team. A proud uncle of eight nieces and nephews, Casey is happy to call Kemptville home now.
