(Image supplied by City of Stratford). While residents wait to move in under phase one of the Britannia Street affordable housing project, what comes after is already on the agenda. Tenant move-ins for phase one are anticipated to begin in November and at their regular meeting on Tuesday, Stratford City Council voted to support a recommendation from the Housing Division to undertake planning for phase two of the project. The planning is expected to start next year. A total of 35 units were constructed in the development’s first phase.
