While residents wait to move in under phase one of the Britannia Street affordable housing project, what comes after is already on the agenda.
Tenant move-ins for phase one are anticipated to begin in November and at their regular meeting on Tuesday, Stratford City Council voted to support a recommendation from the Housing Division to undertake planning for phase two of the project.
The planning is expected to start next year.
A total of 35 units were constructed in the development’s first phase.
