Flood, George Lenard

George Lenard Flood, age 80, of Brunner and formerly of Stratford, passed away peacefully at Huron Residential Hospice. Born in Stratford, son of the late Clarence and Elsie (Hope) Flood.  George is survived by his sister Elsiemae Canning and his sister-in-law Catherine Flood and along with his many nieces, nephews and their families. Besides his parents, George was predeceased by brothers Frank, Albert and his wife Alice, Harold and his wife Martha, and his brother-in-law Fred Canning. A celebration of George’s life will take place on Monday, November 4, 2019 from 2-4 p.m., in the Reception Centre of the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford.
