Ontario is stepping up to help make sure dairy products stay safe and are high-quality.
New training is being introduced by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs aimed at provincially inspected cow, goat, sheep and water buffalo dairy processing facilities.
The plants will have access to specialized food safety cost-share funding to help improve their pasteurization systems.
The funding opens on February Third next year.
