Police: No charges after vehicle strikes Stratford Tim Hortons

No charges will be laid against an 80-year-old woman who drove into a Tim Hortons in Stratford.

Just before 4:30 Friday afternoon, police say the woman was parking in the Tim Hortons parking lot on Erie Street when she lost control of her vehicle.

Her vehicle struck another parked car and then drove directly into the door of the restaurant, shattering the glass doorway.

An 18-year-old male who was just inside the door was struck and suffered minor injuries.

He was brought to the Stratford General Hospital by a family member.
