Driver and puppy escape unharmed after collision near Stratford

One person and a puppy managed to escape a collision in West Perth uninjured.

First responders were called out to Line 29 and Road 140, between Stratford and Sebrinbgville, around six o’clock Tuesday morning after an SUV went off the road.

Perth County OPP says the driver and a puppy were able to get out of the vehicle before it was covered by water.

An investigation into the collision continues.
