Henning, Margaret

Margaret Rebecca Henning, age 95, formerly of Stratford, passed away peacefully at Mississauga Hospital on March 5, 2020. Born in Mornington Township, daughter of the late Alvin and Lavina (Kipfer) Kropf.

Beloved wife of the late Albert Henning who predeceased her September 14, 1997. Loving mother of Carol Coddington (Robert) and Ken Henning (Francine). Grandmother of Robert Coddington (Allison), Cheryl Coddington-Neves (Marco), Angelyn Boyd (Ian), Derek Henning (Andrea). Great grandmother of Katie, Sarah, Hailey, Avery, Danica and Vanessa. Also survived by a brother Ralph Kropf and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Stan Kropf (Jean), Eldon Kropf (Janet), Delford Kropf (Jean).

Margaret was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Stratford and the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Branch #8, Stratford for over 60 years.

Family and friends will be received at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Sunday, March 8, from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 2 p.m. with a reception to follow.
