A 35-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested in Perth East.
Police say they were called out just before 11 o’clock Saturday morning to the area of Line 37 and Perth Road 111 for a report of a suspicious person.
When police arrived on scene, they say the suspect gave a false name.
Through the investigation, officers were able to determine the identity of the person and found that there was a Canada wide warrant for their arrest.
Jason Bulmer faces charges including obstructing a peace officer.
He has a future court appearance scheduled in Stratford.
