A crash in Listowel tied up traffic at the intersection of Livingston Ave and Main St West.
The Perth County OPP was called out Friday afternoon to the two-vehicle collision that backed up motorists for an hour.
Three people were sent to hospital with minimal injuries.
A 45-year-old Palmerston woman has been charged with failing to yield.
