A 19-year-old West Perth teen has now been charged after a two-vehicle collision.
First responders were called out to the collision on Road 179 at Line 46 shortly after 11:30 last Wednesday morning.
Perth County OPP says a delivery van was rear-ended by an SUV with the driver of the SUV transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
That driver has been charged with careless driving and is scheduled to appear in court in Stratford in the future.
