Yecny Myrtle – Peacefully at People Care, Tavistock on Thursday August 14, 2014. Myrtle Edith (nee McGregor) Yecny in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Rudy Yecny (1977). Loved mother of Patricia “Pat” Standeaven and Judy Miller and her husband Glenn. Dear grandmother of Michelle (Colin), Kevin , Angela , Lori (Jason) and great grandmother to Jeremy, Austin, Bryce, Declan, Kiarra, Macizak and Hadley and is survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Predeceased by her son Donald (1971), by her parents Ben and Clara McGregor, sisters; Violet Wiffen, Pearl Noack, Lenore Wilhelm and by her brothers Gordon, Wilfred and Howard. Myrtle was a member of Oxford Baptist Church, Woodstock. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday August 18, 2014 from 12:30 – 1:30 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1:30 pm.
