Police say a North Perth resident is facing a criminal charge after a shoplifting incident at a local business last week.
Just before 5:30 Thursday afternoon, police say they received a report of a theft that had just happened at a business on Mitchell Road South, in Listowel.
Police located the suspect nearby, where they were arrested for the theft.
The 31-year-old man has been charged with Theft Under $5-thousand.
