Ropp, Kevin

Passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre, Grand River Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous journey with cancer on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at the age of 55 years.  Kevin was born in Listowel, cherished son of Ivan & Mildred (Boshart) Ropp of New Hamburg (Nithview Community).  Loving brother of Sandra & Orie Albrecht of Wellesley, Joyce & Wayne Leis of New Hamburg, Cheryl & Rodney Erb of RR#1 Millbank, and Darrell & Shirley Ropp of Wellesley. Sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m..  A public grave side service will take place on Friday, August 22, 2014 at Rush’s Cemetery, RR#1 Millbank at 12:45 p.m.  followed by the funeral service at  Wellesley Mennonite Church at 2:00 p.m.  Pastor Kara Carter officiating.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to K-W Extend-A-Family would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolence and memorial tribute information at www.markjutzifuneralhomes.ca
