A teenager is facing charges after an incident on Birmingham Street.
Stratford Police say a young man was spotted breaking into a parked car early Sunday morning.
The car’s owner chased after and caught him but he got away after a brief struggle.
Police later found and arrested the 17-year-old.
The suspect is known to police and was recently released on several unrelated charges including breaching probation.
