Marion Taylor

Marion Ada Taylor, age 96, of Stratford, passed away peacefully at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on September 21, 2020. Born in St. Marys, daughter of the late Fred and Dorothy Clark.

 

Marion was a lifelong, active member of St. Stephens Anglican Church and was involved in sports and the Stratford Community.

 

Beloved wife of Jack Taylor. Loving mother of Cheryl Plesha (Kenneth- deceased) and the late Jack Taylor (Nicole). Grandmother of Tiffany Yerkes (Paul), Ginger Plesha (Lisa), Ryan Taylor (Marcy), Rudy Taylor (Frances), Alexander Taylor (Becca). Great grandmother of Haleigh, Maddison, Jake, Devon, Curtis, Reid, Ella, and Natalie. Also survived by sisters-in-law Doreen Clark, Doris Gladding, Connie Taylor, and many nieces and nephews and their families.

 

Marion was predeceased by siblings Rose Pfaff (Art), Jean Wands (George), George Clark, and by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Bob Gladding, Lou Evans (Jack), Bill Taylor (Isabel), and Harry Taylor.

 

Visitation at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Thursday, September 24, from 6-9 p.m. A private funeral service will take place on Friday with interment at St. Marys Cemetery.
