Stratford Police say they’ve issued their first school bus violation ticket of the school year.
SPS says it was issued earlier this week after a vehicle went through a school bus stop sign on Willow Street in Stratford.
At $490, police say it was an expensive lesson to learn.
They are asking drivers to please be extra careful around school buses and help keep kids safe.
