Wolfgram, Wallace

Wallace Martin Wolfgram, age 81, of Perth South passed away peacefully at St. Marys Memorial Hospital on March 13, 2021. Born in Germanicus, Ontario April 10, 1939, son of the late Herbert and Martha (Kant) Wolfgram.

The Wolfgram family came to Downie Township in 1944, where Wally has lived and farmed all his life. He has been an active member of First St. John’s Lutheran Church, Seebach’s Hill where he sang in the choir for 67 years, was a member of the Fellowship Club and served as Elder. He was a 4-H Leader for many years and was active in Junior Farmers.

Beloved husband for 55 years of Doris (Poag). Loving father of Lois Juritsch (deceased 2013), Sheila Wolfgram, Carolyn Wolfgram, Steven Wolfgram (Leesa Gillies) and son-in-law Richard Juritsch (Tracey). Grandfather of Katie Juritsch, Alexandra Wolfgram and Sam Wolfgram. Brother of Robert Wolfgram, Dorothea Faulhafer (Robert), Harold Wolfgram (Lenore). Also survived by brother-in-law Don Poag and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by sister-in-law Irene Wolfgram.

Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Stratford General Hospital and St. Marys Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion over the past 4 weeks.

A private family service will be held at First St. John’s Lutheran Church, Seebach’s Hill followed by burial in the church cemetery. Pastor William Kramer will officiate. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to First St. John’s Lutheran Church Missions or the charity of one’s choice through the W.G.
