Gerber, John

John Gerber of Milverton, passed away peacefully in Stratford General Hospital with family by his side on April 6, 2021 at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of Elizabeth. Loving father of Richard and Heather, Roger and Judy, Bonnie and David Ropp and Donna and Dale Schultz.  Step-father of Marlene and Maury Patton and Sharon and Owen Price.  Special Grandpa of 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his first wife Pauline.

Brother and brother-in-law of the late Frieda and David Jutzi, Mary and Delmar Bender, Clara and the late Lester Leis, Irene and the late Hans Troester, Bud and Ruth Gerber, Judy and John Mohr, the late William and Merrill Steckley, Beatrice and the late Roy Steckley, and Patricia and Melvin Jantzi.

A family visitation will take place on Friday April 9 at Poole Mennonite Church where a private family funeral service will be held on Saturday April 10.  Interment in Poole Mennonite Cemetery.
