The death toll from COVID-19 in our region is now at 53.
Huron Perth Public Health tells MyStratfordNow.com the latest death was in a community member, but they don’t specify where the person is from.
There are five new COVID-19 cases in the region after the weekend with three in North Perth, one in Stratford and the other in Huron County.
The number of active cases has dropped by four since Saturday and now sits at 29.
There are 18 active cases associated with variants of concern, two fewer than Saturday.
