A motel in the region caught fire on Christmas Eve.
The Oxford County OPP was called out to the Westmount Motel on Beachville Road.
At approximately 7:20pm in the evening, emergency personnel were called in to extinguish the blaze.
Red Cross was activated and assisted 12 people that were evacuated from the Motel and taken to the Quality Inn.
There were no injuries.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
