Priestap, Norval Alvin

Norval Alvin Priestap, age 92, of Wartburg, passed away peacefully, with his loving wife Erma at his side on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Ellice Twp, son of the late Charles and Anna (Graul) Priestap. Survived by his true love and best friend of 66 years Erma Minne (Scherbarth) Priestap. Much loved father of Darlene Priestap, Ronald (Christine) Priestap, Jeffery (Cathy) Priestap, Sheila (Bob) Moore and Allan (Janette) Priestap. Proud grandfather of Kimberly (Steve), Angie (Bill), Aaron, Marissa (Jeremy), Blake (Ellisha), Andy, Madison (Brandon), Danielle, Colin, Devin and Eric. Norval will be remembered by the Scherbarth family and his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Norval was the last surviving member of his family. Besides his parents, Norval was predeceased by his son Frank Priestap and siblings, Lawrence, Art, Carl, Harvey and Mildred. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at 2nd St. Johns Lutheran Church (Wartburg) on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 12 noon until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. (face mask are mandatory and social distancing is expected.)
