Police are reminding parents to speak to their kids about the risks of taking part in social media challenges.
Perth County OPP says they received a report around 8 p.m. on December 4th about the front door being kicked in at a home on Brock Street West in Listowel.
Three suspects, who were likely participating in an online challenge, fled on foot and police say they were found in the area later on.
The challenge encourages kids to kick in the door of a stranger’s house.
Two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, all from North Perth, were referred to a diversion program.
