There will be a new trial for a man found guilty of the murder of a Scarborough resident.
Boris Panovski was arrested and charged in 2014 in the death of Don Frigo who was shot and killed at the Hullet Marsh near Clinton.
Panovski was also charged with the aggravated assault of Frigo’s wife Eva.
He was found guilty of both offenses in June 2018 but his lawyer filed an appeal later that year.
A court of appeal ruled late last week that “the jury charge provided in this case was not balanced”.
Just when the new trial will begin has yet to be announced.
