There’s good news from our local hospitals to start the week.
Officials with the Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance say a COVID-19 outbreak declared at the Clinton Public Hospital is over.
It was first declared on the Inpatient Unit on February 3rd after four cases of the virus were identified.
Two patients acquired the virus while in the hospital along with two staff members.
Family and caregivers are allowed back now that the outbreak has been cleared.
