A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at the Listowel Memorial Hospital.
Officials say the action was taken in the complex continuing care unit after two patients and one staff member tested positive.
Admissions to the unit have been stopped while the rest of the hospital continues operating normally.
Huron Perth Public Health is monitoring the situation closely.
