After a turbulent few years, Stratford is firing on all cylinders when it comes to tourism.
That’s according to Destination Stratford Brand Manager April Murray who says the upcoming Labour Day long weekend is one of the busiest times they see during the year for visitors.
She says weather plays a big factor in attracting people to the city and with lots of sunshine in the forecast, visitors will be able to embrace both indoor and outdoor activities.
Murray says this long weekend will set the tone for the months ahead.
“It seems as though September continues to be another busy month ahead and we’re always happy to see an influx of visitors on the street kicking off the month.”
Murray adds that they are seeing more people come to Stratford throughout the year as tourists.
